Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail management or similar industry experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to move around the sales floor, dressing room, and stock areas; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Operate the register and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends; potential travel.
• Proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Business acumen and strong planning/time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning.
• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations.
• Assist in store client development strategy and local community outreach.
• Execute talent strategy with the General Manager to build a customer-focused team.
• Drive recruitment activities in the store market.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities.
• Maintain productivity through process and store execution, including inventory control.
• Champion use of new selling technologies and methods.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to leadership identifying high-profit trends for the market.
• Ensure sales floor standards exceed expectations at all times.
• Create an inclusive environment aligned with Ralph Lauren values.
