Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for store operations in the absence of the RSM.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales and customer experience; meet monthly goals.

• Support local store marketing initiatives to solicit new business.
• Ensure store merchandising and audit compliance.
• Oversee inventory and cash management; manage key metrics.
