Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Associate Manager in Perris, CA. You will oversee sales, operations, and people processes in the absence of the RSM, while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. This development role prepares you to become a Retail Store Manager.

You’ll recruit and coach team members, execute local marketing plans, and ensure merchandising and compliance standards. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory and cash

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or similar environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to any store within assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for store in the absence of the RSM, handling sales, operations and people processes.
• Partner with the RSM to recruit top talent and coach existing team members.
• Coach and inspire the sales team to attain monthly goals with integrity.
• Plan and execute store meetings for launches and updates.
• Collaborate with the RSM on local store marketing initiatives to solicit new business.
• Ensure store merchandising standards and audit/compliance.
• Manage inventory and cash handling daily.
