Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Associate Manager in Thousand Oaks, CA to lead sales, service, and store operations. This development role prepares you to become a Retail Store Manager, with emphasis on driving profitability and customer experience.

You will supervise store activities, coach staff, recruit and retain talent, and partner with the RSM to reach monthly goals while ensuring compliance with policies and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to any store within assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for the retail store in the absence of the RSM, including sales, operations and people processes.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high performing team.
• Guide sales team on best practices to attain monthly goals and participate in store meetings for launches and updates.
• Ensure store merchandising standards and different store planogram resets are executed and compliant.
