Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager for our in-store team in Texas. You will help run daily store operations, drive sales using KPI metrics, and safeguard assets while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will coach associates, manage a division of responsibility, maintain visual standards, and ensure timely communication of initiatives from the store leadership. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store.
• Focus on achieving daily sales goals using KPI metrics and training tools.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to support action plans.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and client experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and safeguard assets.
• Coach associates and promote team selling for exceptional client experience.
