Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Computer knowledge with basic POS systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guests' needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform leadership when item quantities are low and coordinate with warehouse to pull items.
• Relay customer feedback to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Engage guests with SSA EXTRA Guest Service for a memorable experience.
• Stock and merchandise displays and ensure accurate cash drawer balance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Promote sales through merchandising and suggestive selling.
• Support sustainability and community engagement initiatives.
