The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail environment. You will contribute to store success and company growth through teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities include providing a top-notch shopping experience, supporting sales goals, and maintaining merchandising standards while following health and safety guidelines. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
