Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, operate the cash register, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will help drive sales through effective merchandise presentation and promotional activities, while upholding store standards. This role requires flexible hours, including weekends, and a strong focus on teamwork and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle basic math and operate a POS system.
• Clear spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
