Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our retail team. You will assist with daily store operations and help deliver exceptional customer experiences, shaping the store's success and supporting our growth.

As an Associate, you’ll participate in merchandise overview, customer service excellence, and teamwork. The role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays, strong English communication, and a positive work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
