Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience and ensure smooth daily operations.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour and scheduled increases in years 2–5. You’ll operate the POS system, manage curbside orders, and follow safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers and POS.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep store clean.
• Assist customers and escalate concerns to management when needed.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Adhere to cash policies, floor policies, and merchandising plans.
• Restock shelves, manage curbside orders, and maintain safety standards.
