Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to support our store operations, from handling merchandise to delivering excellent customer service and assisting donors.

You will work with a friendly team, follow safety procedures, keep the store organized, handle cash transactions, and help with pricing, tagging, and inventory. This role requires reliability, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Basic math proficiency required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently report for scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
