Xanterra Travel Collection in Williams, Arizona, is hiring Seasonal Retail Associates to provide efficient check-out service and top-tier guest care in the Grand Canyon Railway gift shop. Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience with cash handling is required.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle sale of retail purchases in the gift shop.
• Demonstrate product and park knowledge to guests.
• Record sales accurately and follow accounting procedures.
• Keep the sales floor, stock room, and displays organized.
• Maintain neat appearance and reliable attendance.
• Support store manager with assigned tasks.
