Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection is seeking a Passenger Attendant to support the Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel. You will be the friendly face on board, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and memorable journey across Coach to Luxury service.

The position is long-term seasonal with a wage of $15.20 per hour plus tips, offering perks like gym/pool access, free train tickets, and exclusive property discounts. Seasonal events and training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• 2 years’ customer service experience in hospitality.
• 1 year experience operating a point-of-sale system processing payments, cash and credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality guest service to ensure a safe, welcoming onboard experience.
• Maintain passenger safety by adhering to safety procedures and reporting hazards.
• Share accurate information about Grand Canyon Railway and attractions with guests.
• Prepare and sanitize passenger railcars for daily service and return trips.
• Provide F&B service, including bartending, and process transactions via POS systems.
