Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver fan-focused service on game days and in-store shifts, using the Fanatics POS system and brand standards. You will greet fans, make smart product recommendations, and help ensure a top-notch shopping experience while maintaining store standards and teamwork across the organization.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events, plus strong communication skills, reliability, and physical stamina to stand, move, and lift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
