Job summary

Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and participate in inventory, visual displays, and checkout processes while upholding health and safety standards. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, days, and nights, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Clear spoken English and ability to read/write basic math.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals while following policies and safety regulations.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
