Job summary

Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to the store’s success through friendly service, merchandise knowledge, and teamwork.

This role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with standing and physical duties in a fast-paced retail environment. Training provided, opportunities for growth, and employee discounts. Strong communication and a can-do attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Customer-centric focus and ability to provide memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments and stock/receipts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold policies and safety.
• Take on additional duties and projects as needed.
