Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional shopping experiences by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through group merchandising and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and adhere to policies.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
