Job summary

• Enroll customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and comply with SOPs.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates; be a role model.
