Job summary

Michaels Albany-Latham store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products. You will manage fast checkouts, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in BOPIS/SFS processes.

Responsibilities include truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining accurate planograms, with store recovery duties and safety programs. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Explain and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
