Marshalls in Colonial Heights, VA is hiring a store associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas and must adhere to merchandising and loss-prevention standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule to meet store needs. Prior retail experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within TJX family stores.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and loss prevention standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
