Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a retail associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs and contribute to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities include ringing purchases, promoting loyalty programs, merchandising, and ensuring safety compliance. Prior retail experience is beneficial, with a pay range starting at $14.50–$15.00 per hour

• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising and follows procedures for floor readiness
• Prepares merchandise for the floor per standards
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness
• Supports safety and loss prevention initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned
