Responsibilities

• Understand safety as the priority and practice safe behaviors in everything you do.
• Maintain a safe, clutter-free sales floor with clear egress to exits and report unsafe conditions.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; be friendly and professional at all times.
• Assist Customers at the register, with merchandise, and answer questions politely and knowledgeably.
• Respond to Customer Service calls promptly and resolve issues with Store Leadership involvement as needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Follow MOS policies and assist with merchandising and store presentation as directed.
