• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with courtesy and a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure merchandise presentation meets standards.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, at the register, and address questions or issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and company policies to safeguard customers and assets.
• Support loss prevention and apply store procedures to daily tasks.
