Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring to deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support multiple areas of the business as needed.

Starting pay ranges between USD $12.50 and $13.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits. We value teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing directions while supporting loss prevention and safety

Responsibilities

• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Support various store areas as needed to meet business needs.
