Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking aRetail Associate to support daily store operations, cash handling, and customer service. You will assist with pricing, tagging, and inventory while promoting our mission and values in a busy retail environment.

• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
