Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to join our store team and help deliver excellent customer experiences. You will assist with receiving merchandise, operate cash registers, and support daily store operations in a mission-driven environment.

Applicants should be reliable, able to lift up to 35 pounds, and possess basic math skills. Transportation is required for scheduled shifts, and you will contribute to a safe, organized, and welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
