Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Follow operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare and stock merchandise on the sales floor per procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist in store recovery throughout the day.
• Support safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
