The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic team members for our Marshalls store in Greenville, TX. You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will be cross-trained to support multiple areas as needed, promote credit and loyalty programs, and uphold all safety and store policies while working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Assists in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
