Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Rings purchases/returns and counts change accurately
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the floor
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness
• Supports safety programs and labor law compliance
• Other duties as assigned
