The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls store is hiring a retail associate to deliver a superior customer experience on the sales floor. You will engage customers, process purchases and returns, and support merchandising and store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement and interaction with customers.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Supports store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and shrink reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
