Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Ring purchases and returns accurately and manage cash handling.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and assist across departments.
• Promote TJX credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and store recovery activities.
• Assist in merchandising and store procedures as needed.
