Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and meeting targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals, adhering to policies and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
