Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will help shape store performance and contribute to growth.

In this role, you will handle customer needs, drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming, accurate, and compliant store environment. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role and track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric and able to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Address customer needs and uphold high service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and merchandising effectiveness.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory, visuals, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to meet store goals and policies.
