Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an energetic Associate to join our Lafayette, IN location. You will help run daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service, shaping the store's success through sales, merchandising, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, supporting merchandise and inventory tasks, and contributing to a dynamic shopping environment. This role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with a strong focus on service

Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
Customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math is helpful.
