Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team to achieve sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules.
