Job summary

ALDI USA in Concord, NH is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise and stock product, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service as part of the ALDI team. The position is Full-Time with 30+ hours per week.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour, with wage increases in Year 2–5 as you progress. You will assist with curbside orders, POS transactions, and ensuring store standards.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment including cash registers and floor scrubber.
• Adhere to ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Perform basic arithmetic and pay attention to detail.
• Follow instructions and work both independently and with others.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms.
• Operate POS to scan purchases and manage cash handling.
• Keep shelves and store areas neat and organized.
• Assist curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Support store management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
