Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and informs management of scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Supports checkout efficiency by opening additional lanes when needed.
• Stocks shelves neatly per merchandising plans to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Complies with company policies and safe working practices.
• Identifies hazards and maintains equipment to ensure a safe environment.
