You will work closely with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service, handle POS transactions, and support store operations to meet daily goals.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with annual increases through Year 5; full-time hours typically 30+ per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalate concerns to store management as necessary
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products
• Uses POS system to scan and process purchases and reports scanning issues
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures
• Opens additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times
• Assists management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals
• Maintains a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment
