Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to help merchandise, stock shelves, cashier, and keep the store clean. You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth shopping experience for every guest.

This full-time position averages 30+ hours weekly with starting pay of $19.50 per hour. Wage increases over five years include $20.00, $20.50, and up to $21.50, plus benefits such as health, 401(k), paid holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment (cash register, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures and maintain accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product.
• Cashier customer purchases with POS system.
• Clean and maintain store appearance and safety standards.
• Maintain merchandising planograms and stock levels.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
