Job summary

Miami Heat Limited Partnership is seeking a retail associate to assist with merchandising for the Miami Heat events. The role includes stocking, visual merchandising, and cashier duties while delivering excellent customer service to guests at all times.

Essential duties include cashiering, restocking and tagging merchandise, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment during games and events.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; apply to money and measurements.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and handle problems in standardized situations.

Position Summary: This position is to assist all of our guest when it comes to merchandising for the Miami Heat. This position entails on stocking, visual merchandising and cashier duties. Excellent customer service skills are expected at all times.
