Vail Resorts in Wisconsin’s mountain shop is hiring a Retail Associate for the winter season. You’ll help guests choose snowboard gear and apparel, share product knowledge, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role emphasizes passion for snowboarding, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Starting wage is $20.00/hr, with benefits including free passes, lessons, and employee discounts.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Associate to join our snowboard shop team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes snowboarding and enjoys helping customers find the right gear for their mountain adventures.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
