Job summary

Vinik Sports Group in Tampa is seeking a part-time Retail Team member to provide world-class service to fans during games and events at Benchmark International Arena. This role involves engaging fans, processing sales with POS, stocking merchandise, and supporting inventory tasks.

You may work across multiple functions, including e-commerce, hockey games, concerts, and warehouse, to keep the retail operation smooth and exciting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail or sales preferred; cash handling experience valued.
• Ability to learn inventory knowledge and upsell products.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage fans.
• Strong communication in English; able to work in a fast-paced stadium environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities
