Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with high school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment background check screening.
• Experience in retail or sales preferred, cash handling skills preferred.
• Ability to learn inventory knowledge to assist guests and upsell products.
• Provide a fun and professional environment for fans.
• Outgoing personality and desire to provide world-class plus service.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional accuracy when using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide world-class plus service.
• Assist fans with retail purchases through POS systems.
• Assist with stocking retail merchandise on sales floor.
• Replenish merchandise on displays/shelves during and after games.
• Assist with inventory of merchandise.
• Work in different functions of retail or event types as needed.
