Job summary

Golden Nugget Laughlin is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist guests, help them select products, drive sales through engagement, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced casino retail environment. You will handle POS transactions, maintain organized product displays, and collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail in order-taking and payment processing.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales through engagement of customers

• Work with fellow co-workers and management to keep retail space clean and always organized.
• Maintain product on sales floor and filling backstock throughout assigned shift.
• Responsible for a point-of-sale register and accepting credit cards, cash, comps or in payment of retail items.
• Verifying identity of customers when using comps as a form of payment for retail items.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
