• Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods including drive-thru transactions.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Fulfill orders efficiently from online or in-person queues, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory by restocking and managing product levels.
• Keep the retail and fulfillment areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Ensure compliance regulatory compliance and adherence to company’s standard operating procedures and policies.
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
• Rotate between stations (sales floor, cashier, drive-thru, fulfillment) based on business needs and skill certification.

This role encompasses responsibilities across the retail floor, fulfillment area, cashier station, and drive-thru. Retail Associates are trained and certified in various skills to support coverage needs and ensure smooth operations. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and adaptability are key to success in this role.

Requirements
