Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring Retail Associates to support its mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. You will create a welcoming shopping and donation experience, process transactions, and help keep the store organized and efficient.

The role requires basic English, some retail or customer service experience, and comfort with POS systems. You will work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to serve the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.
• Strong commitment to Goodwill’s mission and RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).

Responsibilities
