Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring Retail Associates to support our mission of transforming lives through the power of work. As a Retail Associate, you'll help create a welcoming and organized shopping and donation experience that keeps our stores running efficiently and supports community programs.

You will provide excellent customer and donor service, operate cash registers, and handle donations with care.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.

• Sort, price, and merchandise donated goods to meet company standards.

What You Bring:

Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
