Job summary

Meridian, ID-based Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Supervisor in Charge to oversee guest and donor service and help supervise retail and production activities to meet daily goals.

You will ensure policy compliance with Easterseals-Goodwill standards, participate in staff meetings, and support inventory and administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Evening and weekend availability is required; a background check is mandatory; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of previous work experience preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support supervision of retail and/or production activities to meet goals.
• Demonstrate superior guest service and respond to guest concerns with urgency.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and correct errors per procedures.
• Assist with staff meetings and daily communications to improve operations.
• Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and product management.
• Complete administrative tasks including daily/weekly/monthly reporting and opening/closing procedures.
