Easterseals-Goodwill in Idaho seeks an Assistant Manager to support both Production and Retail operations, ensuring professional standards and an effective team environment. You will assist the manager, lead staff meetings, and coach employees while helping plan training and development.

The role emphasizes production oversight, scheduling, reporting, and meeting budgets for revenue and payroll, with opportunities to build a capable workforce and deliver excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or comparable management experience.
• Computer proficiency including internet use and common software applications.
• Prefer profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability experience.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular staff meetings to improve communication.
• Develop a superior workforce through coaching and development plans.
• Review production results daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Monitor staff productivity to establish standards and address deficiencies.
• Assist in Production and Retail operations management.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and forecasting salary expenditures.
• Assist in timely reporting for HR, Safety/Asset Protection, and Accounting.
• Help meet store budgets for revenue, payroll, and expenses.
