Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent movement as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Protect store assets, including cash handling.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and stockroom to company standards.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
